The location offers stunning views of the Harbour Bridge, making it ideal for New Year’s fireworks. The room was spacious and always kept clean, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the stay. However, check-in was frustrating due to long delays, coupled with unhelpful reception staff. Despite having an IHG membership, the benefits weren't honored, leading to disappointment. Dining options fell flat, with the bar service lacking warmth and efficiency.

The stunning waterfront view from our room was captivating, but the check-in process was frustratingly slow and did not match the hotel's promises.

I loved relaxing in the heated pool with a gorgeous view of the harbor while enjoying a tasty breakfast every morning. On top of that, the rooftop restaurant is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only downside was I had to wait a bit for my coffee at the bar, but that didn’t ruin my overall experience! ☕

Stunning views and a cozy vibe
Wow, the views were unreal! Watching the sunset over the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge from our room was a total highlight. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Also, the breakfast options were awesome, smoked salmon and mimosa, yes please! One bummer was the housekeeping came way too late in the day.
